How to Make Refreshing and Luxurious Organic Bath Bomb Recipes for Stress Reduction, Better Health And Relaxation
What is a bath bomb? Not what you might think – unless you have helped a youngster “explode” a paper mache volcano for a school science project.
Bath bombs take advantage of the chemical properties of baking soda and acids to produce bubbles. This is the same process that makes cakes light and makes a vinegar and baking soda volcano fizz up and overflows.
With that said, there are many recipes for bath bombs. Most of them call for granulated citric acid – an easy way to add the acid part of your project. Others use cream of tartar, an alternative form of cooking acid that can be found in the baking section of your grocery store, while still others develop a supremely economical bubbling bath solution.
If you are more curious than ever about bath bombs, join me now in exploring this Internet DIY phenomenon. Your bath will never be the same again.

CAST IRON COOKBOOK: Vol.2 Lunch Recipes (Cast Iron Recipes)
Cast iron skillet cooking is making a serious comeback finally. Cast iron has always been known to have even heating, great heat retention and is so versatile you can use it on a grill, toss it in the oven or even use it over an open flame. Yet very few people were using it.
Some people claim to have been handed down cast iron cookware that is 150 years old. That is amazing. Maybe a bunch of grandmas got together and decided it was time to revive cast iron cooking from the slow death it was experiencing. Who knows and really who cares, you just want to eat great tasting food.
What’s So Great About Cast Iron Cookware
For starters, there is the nostalgic feeling you get cooking with them if your family were avid users when you were a kid or those grandparents you only saw once in a while. The flavoring is just better in cast iron as it seems to release its own unique taste. It somehow captures the aromas of many delicious meals and melds it with whatever you are cooking.
Cleaning cast iron is not near as difficult as you have been led to believe. Just clean it while it is still warm instead of waiting until all the food is baked right on. You don’t want to use soap on it and can just use hot water. Now if you love to cook and then soak your pans cast iron will not be your friend.
You do not want to soak cast iron as it might rust and then you will really need to do some work. You do need to season your skillet after buying it which does take about an hour (instructions inside) but then you have a skillet that will last for years and years.
Cooking with cast iron is more convenient than traditional pans. You can start the recipe on top of the stove and then finish it off in the oven without changing anything. Just slide the skillet in. Or put the pan right in the oven to start and when it is done serve it right from the pan. Who needs casserole dishes?
You can essentially make any recipe you can imagine in a cast iron skillet.

A modern classic by an American legend, Devil at My Heels is the riveting and deeply personal memoir by U.S. Olympian, World War II bombardier, and POW survivor Louis Zamperini. His inspiring story of courage, resilience, and faith has captivated readers and audiences of Unbroken, now a major motion picture directed by Angelina Jolie. In Devil at My Heels, his official autobiography (co-written with longtime collaborator David Rensin), Zamperini shares his own first-hand account of extraordinary journey—hailed as “one of the most incredible American lives of the past century” (People).
A youthful troublemaker, a world-class NCAA miler, a 1936 Olympian, a WWII bombardier: Louis Zamperini had a fuller life than most. But on May 27, 1943, it all changed in an instant when his B-24 crashed into the Pacific Ocean, leaving Louis and two other survivors drifting on a raft for forty-seven days and two thousand miles, waiting in vain to be rescued. And the worst was yet to come when they finally reached land, only to be captured by the Japanese. Louis spent the next two years as a prisoner of war—tortured and humiliated, routinely beaten, starved and forced into slave labor—while the Army Air Corps declared him dead and sent official condolences to his family. On his return home, memories of the war haunted him nearly destroyed his marriage until a spiritual rebirth transformed him and led him to dedicate the rest of his long and happy life to helping at-risk youth. Told in Zamperini’s own voice, Devil at My Heels is an unforgettable memoir from one of the greatest of the “Greatest Generation,” a living document about the brutality of war, the tenacity of the human spirit, and the power of faith.

While on holiday in 1925, four-year-old Michael Tolkien lost his beloved toy dog on the beach at Filey in Yorkshire. To console him, his father, J.R.R.Tolkien, improvised a story about Rover, a real dog who is magically transformed into a toy and is forced to seek out the wizard who wronged him in order to be returned to normal.
This charming tale, peopled by a sand-sorcerer and a terrible dragon, by the king of the sea and the Man-in-the-Moon, was Tolkien’s first full-length children’s book, written before The Hobbit. Now, nearly 90 years later, the adventures of Rover – or, for reasons that become clear in the story, ‘Roverandom’ – are published in this delightful pocket hardback edition. Rich in wit and wordplay, Roverandom is edited and introduced by Tolkien experts Christina Scull and Wayne G. Hammond, and includes Tolkien’s own delightful illustrations.
