For example, say you wear a size 10 blouse. Just pulling it off the rack and putting it on to wear without alterations will not give you the best fit for your body shape. Something will need to be tweaked, whether you need to shorten the sleeve length, move buttons, hem, add darts for shaping, etc. Even t-shirts can be altered or shaped to look better! Even though it will add to the cost of the garment the results will be worth the extra expense. Getting dressed should be a pleasure, not a chore. Imagine being able to pull from your closet for any last minute occasion without the panic setting in over having nothing to wear! Be ready for any occasion!
