It’s odd because when you find a book that tells such a captivating story, it becomes like a friend or like watching a show. I almost kind of miss Avery’s character since reading about the most intimate parts of her life makes me feel “close” to her. T.L. Gray does a great job portraying a young woman on a mission to find herself.

Deadly Aim (Angel Delaney Mysteries Book #1)

Deadly Aim by Patricia Rushford was a great start to a promising series. Angel’s role as a female officer made the book especially enjoyable for me. The twists and turns throughout the book kept it interesting and suspenseful. This book is definitely a recommended mystery novel.

This is a fun, clean (although there are a few good kissing scenes) regency romance. I look forward to more of Ashworth’s books in the future. She is a reliable favorite author!
