Just when you think you’ve read it all and seen it all, here comes the king of rhymes Pat Hatt with his latest creative endeavor, The Honk of Zagonk, a thoroughly enjoyable tale filled to the brim with the most colorful – and dare I say cutest – dragons you’ve ever come across.
The year of Zagonk is remembered above them all. It is forever whispered in dragon hall. It was because instead of a flame he honked at his dragon game. Not something a dragon was known to do but away his honk flew.
That was also the year the Frost Giant caused all the dragons fear. But what happens when Zagonk brings his honk near? Find out what took place at dragon hall by adding another book from Pat Hatt to your wall.

Chew Chew the Food Chain Train
Price: FREE
I think this book is very timely. With childhood obesity so common, we need to redirect kids eating habits. Especially since the school lunch program is trying to starve our students.
This book would be suitable for Kindle Free Time users, home schools, and
classrooms. It is appropriate for ages 3-8. This is not a book about food
groups or a balanced diet. The focus is teaching clean eating of whole foods as
an approach to better health and the prevention of chronic disease. The goal is
to introduce the concept of food as medicine. It is designed to be read by an
adult and child together, to facilitate discussion of food choices. Future
books will address other aspects of the food we eat such as considerations when
planting a garden. Chew Chew will discuss creating organic compost, the use of
pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, chemical fertilizers, and the use of
GMOs. Chew Chew wants children to learn how to choose healthy foods and to have
a general understanding of what happens to food from its beginning to the time
it reaches their plates. Resources on past approaches to children’s nutrition
are not referenced because this is not a book about nutrition. It is a book
about the nature of the food we eat. The best explanations of this approach can
be found in two books: “The Ultra Mind Solution” by Mark Hyman and
“The Wellness Prevention Paradigm.” by James Chestnut. This is a new approach
to food, and persons looking for the old paradigm of food groups will not find
it here.
