I read Carmin Cares and found it to be a wonderful book not only for the preschool age child but also for the special needs child. I am a special education teacher, and this is just what I look for in books for my students: pages which are well written, not too wordy and catch the interest of the child. The illustrations are cleverly done. They are brightly colored, cheerful and very endearing. The story teaches a beneficial lesson about keeping the community clean. This book opens the possibility to many lessons and crafts projects. I am hoping that this is just the beginning of a whole series of books.
