I wondered how Chautona would keep up with the great story of the first book, but this one was even better. More humor, more fun, and a love story that just sneaks up on you. Again, Aggie is truly believable and relatable, and we really see she’s not a superwoman. The kids’ personalities really shine, and I just fell in love with Luke and his family. This book is now one of my favorites, and it made me so excited to read the next in the series!

I really enjoyed this newest book by Michele. I loved the setting…and that you can go to her website to see a photo album of the places that are so important to the story. Her writing is very well done. I appreciated her ability to weave together so many characters, their own pain and struggles, and two different time periods, without totally losing the reader or story line.
