Cutting wheat out has been hard (no more regular pizza) but is a healthy choice to make in the end. This book has some really great recipes that make it possible to cook things you like while still watching your weight. My favorite is the Brazilian Cheese Bread recipe – delicious! The pumpkin muffins are also a really great treat for the winter. I haven’t tried the pizza recipe yet, but my friends who have said that although it tastes different from regular pizza with wheat (it has a rice crust), this recipe tastes just as good. Great book that gives you recipes for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner.
